Dallas Proper Ranch Revival

This project transformed a single-story Dallas Proper ranch house into a stunning two-story retreat designed for a busy family. Every inch of the home was thoughtfully renewed, creating spaces that feel both highly personal and beautifully cohesive.

The clients embraced color fearlessly, allowing bold paint selections and statement wallpapers to bring personality into every room. In the Kitchen and Butler’s Pantry, rich blue cabinetry creates a sophisticated focal point, while the front sitting room welcomes guests with wallpaper featuring layered blue and green hues.

The Primary Bath took a more classic approach, with a timeless grey-and-white palette, elevated by luxurious materials and warm gold plumbing and lighting fixtures. In contrast, the Powder Bath makes a dramatic statement with blue poppy wallpaper paired with a vibrant blue vanity.

Upstairs, each space was customized to reflect the personality of the family members who use it most. The new Laundry Room carries a playful garden-party feel with cheerful pinks and greens. The Daughter’s Bath is beautifully feminine in shades of pink, while the Boy’s Bath balances cool greys and blues for a more tailored look. The upstairs study became one of the home’s boldest moments, featuring vivid wallpaper and Pickles Paint for a vibrant, creative atmosphere.

From the floor plan transformation to the finishing details, this home received a complete makeover - thoughtfully designed to celebrate both the family's individuality and the beauty of bold, intentional design.
