The main island is a powerhouse of functionality.  An under-counter refrigerator, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, trash drawer, and ample drawers coexist seamlessly, providing all the storage a chef could desire. The prep island boasts a convenient drawer microwave, while a dedicated ice machine in the bar caters to refreshment needs. The refrigerator was relocated and enlarged, offering easier access from the dining room.

Walls and cabinets were transformed with a beautiful Westhighland White paint, further enhancing the feeling of spaciousness. The wood floors were refinished to a warm medium tone, complementing the overall aesthetic. The cabinets, with their delightful details, stretch all the way to the ceiling, adding grandeur. This kitchen underwent a stunning transformation, proving that a simple refresh can make all the difference! The space was weighed down by medium-stained oak cabinets with dated rope details, yellow-toned walls, and dark countertops. It lacked both light and functionality.

The walls were painted a warm yet neutral "Accessible Beige" to banish the yellow undertones, instantly brightening the entire space. The cabinets themselves were given a new lease on life with a beautiful coat of creamy white paint. The dated rope details were removed and replaced with a beveled edge and updated crown trim, creating a more modern and streamlined look.

Gone is the bulky over-the-range microwave. In its place, a sleek Ventahood and a convenient pot filler faucet were installed, freeing up valuable counter space. The cabinet next to the sink was cleverly modified to accommodate the new drawer microwave, maximizing storage and maintaining a clean aesthetic.

The bulky corner "linen closet" pantry was banished, replaced by sleek pantry cabinets with roll-out drawers. Gone are the days of digging for ingredients in the back of the shelves! Most lower cabinets were also converted to drawers, putting everything within easy reach. Specialty cabinets were strategically placed, maximizing storage and offering dedicated spaces for all the kitchen essentials.  Full-extension drawers and soft-close mechanisms add a touch of luxury and convenience. But storage wasn't the only upgrade.

All appliances were replaced with brand new GE Cafe models, boasting sleek design and advanced features. The island received a makeover as well, featuring a new Silgranit sink and a Kohler Bellera faucet with Sweep Spray technology for effortless cleaning.
